A plan builtfrom what youactually ate.

Seven days of your own record, an intake with a dietitian, follow-ups every two weeks.

An example seven-day record and the plan written from it. Illustrative, not dietary advice.

Most plans start from a template and ask you to fit it. Sated starts from seven days of what you actually ate, read line by line by a dietitian, and writes the plan from there.

No calories counted, no photos, no app that guesses. A time, a meal by name, and how hungry you were before and after it, on a scale of one to ten.

The dietitian reads the gaps as much as the meals: the 16:00 that always sits at eight, the 22:00 nine on four nights of seven, the mornings after short sleep.

What you get,and what you don't.

11 weeks · Day 1 to Day 78
  • A seven-day recordkept by you, read line by line by a dietitian
  • A 90-minute intakeon Day 8, in person or on video, with the record open
  • A one-page written planportions in cups and slices, meal times, one swap
  • Five follow-upsevery two weeks, 30 minutes, Day 22 to Day 78
  • One change per fortnightkept for two weeks, then read again and kept or taken out

What you will not get

No meal plan from a template. No calorie target. No supplements to buy. No app that guesses what you ate. No promise about your weight by a date; the record is read, not judged.

One instrument,four readings.

Day 1 to Day 78
  1. Day 1–7

    Record

Seven days, at home2 minutes a meal

Time, what you ate by name, hunger before and after on the 1–10 scale. Porridge with milk, not "breakfast". A slice of rye, not "carbs".

  2. Day 8

    Intake

In person or on video90 minutes

The dietitian reads the seven days with you: the 16:00 gap, the 22:00 nine, the nights sleep ran short. Nothing is changed yet; the plan is drafted from this reading.

  3. Day 10

    Plan

By email, one pageportions, times, one swap

Portions in cups and slices, meal times, one swap. Written from your record, not a template, and short enough to keep on the fridge.

  4. Day 22+

    Follow-ups

    Every two weeks30 minutes each

One adjustment per visit, kept for a fortnight, then read again. What held stays in the plan. What did not is taken out, not blamed.

From the example record. Hover a meal and the needle reads the hunger before it. Scroll faster and the bench moves faster.

Seven days,in your own words.

Who it is for,and who it is not.

Day 0 · Before you book

    For you if

    • You eat most meals at home, or can note what you ate when you are out.
    • You can give two minutes a meal for seven days.
    • You want a plan in your own foods, not a new diet.
    • You will keep one change for a fortnight before judging it.

    Not for you if

    • You want a number on the scales promised by a date. No honest programme can promise that.
    • You want a meal plan by tomorrow. The record comes first, always.
    • You are in treatment for an eating disorder. Your care team leads; this programme is not a substitute, and the intake will say so.

    One changeevery two weeks.

    Day 8 to Day 78

Drag the red marker along the rule, or use the arrow keys, to read any day of the programme.

      Start with one honest week.

Seven days of your record is all the intake needs.

      Questions,answered plainly.

Day 0 · Before you book

No. You write the time, the food by name, and your hunger before and after on a scale of one to ten. Portions are read in cups and slices, never in numbers you have to look up.

Write the next one. A missed day is read as a missed day, and it usually says something useful about that day. Six honest days beat seven tidy ones.

Either, your choice at booking. The intake needs ninety minutes and your record open; follow-ups need thirty. The reading is the same on a screen.

Eleven weeks, Day 1 to Day 78: seven days of record, the intake on Day 8, the plan by Day 10, then five follow-ups every two weeks. You can stop after any follow-up.

No. It is a dietitian reading your record with you and writing a plan from it. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for care you already receive.

      Book an intake.

Ninety minutes on Day 8, in person or on video. You bring the seven-day record; the dietitian brings the reading.

      Thank you, there.

This is a demonstration site; nothing was sent. On a live programme you would receive two proposed times for next week within one working day, and a reminder to keep the seven-day record before we meet.
